The villa is fully equipped, beautifully furnished throughout, fully air-conditioned and has its own private screened swimming pool, which overlooks the conservation area to the rear, and as a bonus is south facing so very sunny!!

The villa has a large family room with digital TV/DVD player.

Kitchen : Fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, full oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher etc. a utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.  Internet Access.

 There are 3 bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed, digital TV/DVD full-size walk in wardrobe and  bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, wardrobes. TV
Bedroom 3: Two Single Beds with TV/DVD/Nintendo cube system.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a full Bathroom.
